6W BUILD PROGRAM
The BUILD stage is here to help you build muscle focusing on glute dominant lower body days and full body training. It is positioned at the beginning of the TRIO to help get you started with the fundamental movements, rep ranges and nutrition styles for hypertrophy training. We programmed build as the foundation because without muscle and strength as a strong foundation, the rest of the trios stages would not be as effective.
You may also use this program individually to help you BUILD muscle and strength!
