Kalina Return Policy
Return instructions are sent after you email us the reason for your return. You must contact a team member via email at: training@trainforyou.ca
Kalina activewear products can be returned for store credit/exchange within 30 days for the following reasons:
- Product malfunction including factory malfunctions only, NOT malfunctions caused by the customer or lack of proper care.Â
- If the customer is exchanging due to factory malfunctions the customer must submit a photo of the malfunction via email to: training@trainforyou.ca*
- Wrong size or the customer changes their mind **
- Wrong order (wrong color/size/quantity; mistake from our end).
Kalina activewear products are eligible for complete refunds if:
- The customer changed their mind PRIOR to order fulfilment (once you get our "order shipped" email we can not issue a refund as your order is now in transit).
- We do not have the available stock to exchange your item.
* Kalina x TFYÂ has the right to refuse return if product appears to be damaged from customer's lack of care or improper use.Â
**Re-shipping fees will not be refunded/issued for an exchange unless the mistake was made from our end or the product is faulty due to factory malfunctions. Exchange shipping is covered by us!
Kalina products can not be returned in abnormal condition:
ShrunkÂ
SpillsÂ
Excessive wearÂ
Rips (anywhere besides in the seams)
If you are unsure if your return will be accepted please email training@trainforyou.ca with the reason for your return/exchange and any pictures that can help us best determine if they are suit for return.Â
Train For You Refund Policy
All workout plan PDF plans are final sale. In regards to personalized plans or challenges, refunds can only be issued prior to when you fill in your customization form where applicable or prior to you receiving the PDF.
