6W STRONG PROGRAM
The STRONG program is designed to work on muscle growth but from a different perspective – strength training. This means the majority of the workouts and weight selection coaching will be designed to help you increase your overall body strength which will in turn help you lift heavier to build more muscle. If you are doing the TRIO this will help you get even better results once we get into higher rep ranges in the BURN program. I would suggest if you elect to skip BUILD you start with strength as there is also hypertrophy rep ranges and weight selection that will help build muscle throughout this plan as well.
You may also use this program individually to help you get stronger and build muscle!

This plan will help you choose your goal, calculate your calories, macros and give you an example day of eating for GETTING STRONG.
