Full Body Training
Even though the challenge will mainly focus on lower body and booty we will also train upper body and core as well! Training your upper body is important to make sure your body is in good muscular balance and can support heavy lower body exercises!
The plan comes for both gym and home versions for those who are training from home or who don't want to go to the gym. The gym plan encompasses a variety of exercises done via machines i.e. leg press, leg extensions, hip abduction machine, leg curl & cardio machines. In the home version I substitute in home friendly exercises in for the machines so you still work the same muscles just in a different way.

Train from the Gym/Home
The plan is customized for training at either the gym or home. The gym plan encompasses a variety of exercises done via free weights and machines i.e. leg press, leg extensions, hip abduction machine, leg curl & cardio machines. In the home version I substitute in home friendly exercises for the machines so you will still work the same muscles as we do at the gym, just in a different home friendly way with minimal equipment.
Full Body Training

Work on Your Nutrition
This challenge comes with 30+ of my favourite recipes but it also comes with the option to add on a custom meal plan that will help you get your best results over the 6 week challenge! These meal plans are made to YOUR specifications and preferences - you can work with your nutrition specialist to get a healthy, yummy and goal oriented meal program to help you reach all of your goals 💪
