  • 8 weeks of workouts, 5 workouts per week, approx. 45min-1.5 hr workouts
  • Stretching/Mobility routines to increase your flexibility and muscle recovery.
  • Kali's tips for success
  • A rest day guide w/nutrition/activity/sleep and stretch advice
  • A muscle gain nutrition guide that teaches you how to calculate your calories and macros to reach your goals
  • Healthy snacks recipes - this plan comes with kali's favourite healthy weight gain snacks
  • Grocery lists - 1 general grocery list with healthy high calorie ingredients to add to your meals, 1 grocery list with ingredients to make the healthy snacks from the healthy snacks list
